COVID-19 Update

University Lending Group will continue to provide superior customer service to its clients and business partners during these unprecedented times.

With the news of the Coronavirus being top of mind on almost any news or social media channel, we feel it is important to update you on the current steps being taken to protect our employees, clients, business partners, as well as their families and the communities where we work and reside.

We are closely monitoring the daily developments and have raised awareness among employees on the best practices to prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Best practices include staying home when they are sick, regularly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, and washing our hands regularly.

With online processes already in place, University Lending Group is able to transition to a fully remote operation, if required. As of this time, many of our team members have been equipped to work effectively from home so that we can continue to serve you with the level of service you have come to expect from ULG.
