Introducing Launch DPA

University Lending Group in partnership with Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) introduces a new down payment assistance grant program. Funds are limited and households will be assisted on a first-come, first-served basis starting April 15th, 2024.

The “Launch” DPA is a Grant that provides up to $20,000 or 20% of the purchase price (whichever is less) to qualified borrowers.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR LAUNCH?

Borrower qualifications include:

• Purchase; Primary Residence
• Household income must be below 80% of the AMI (area median income)
• PITI Payment must be less or equal to 40% of gross monthly household income
• $500 Borrower minimum contribution
• Funds may be used for down payment and closings costs
